Grab A Gyro is the perfect place for some mouthwatering comfort food! This Mediterranean inspired fast food restaurant serves convenient food with the freshest ingredients. They’re known for their fire-grilled kebobs, hand crafted gyros, garden fresh salads, the best curly fries, and more. If you stop in to order, you won’t have to wait very long. In a hurry? You can order pickup or delivery through their website. Along with their traditional menu items, there are some vegan options that are worth mentioning. Their Falafel Gyro is my absolute favorite! Served with spiced, deep fried chickpea patties, veggies, tahini, and wrapped in a soft pita. Order with a side of curly fries and you’ll be good to go! The Falafel Platter and The Veggie Kebob Platter are great options for sharing. They have some divine fresh salad options as well. Their lentil soup is comforting, and packed with flavor. Try their hummus, and Samosas filled with spiced potatoes! Grab A Gyro definitely has a lot to offer.

Hale Pele is Portland’s top Tiki destination. You’ll have an adventurous experience no matter what, with their tropical ambiance, and themed drinks. Their fresh island inspired small plates are exotic, and all of their cocktails are crafted with care. You have to see this place to believe it because their cocktails are something else entirely in design and presentation. They do not have many dishes available for vegans, but the few that they do serve are worth it. Try their Basil fried rice with kimchi, and their Edamame to snack on.
